Where It All Started
In 2012, Ivan Cruz Castillo saw too many families stuck with flimsy, overpriced buildings that rusted out or blew away in the first big storm. As a hands-on builder who grew up working with his own hands, Ivan knew there was a better way: manufacture everything in-house, use heavier-gauge steel than the “big box” brands, and treat every customer like family. What started in a small shop in Pioneer, Ohio, quickly grew by word-of-mouth because Ivan refused to cut corners. In 2017 the company became Reliable Metal Buildings LLC – the same commitment, just with the structure to serve even more neighbors across five states.
